Coach Lyn is a Registered Electrical Engineer turned into a Life Coach. She does volunteer work in the largest humanitarian organization and worked in a corporate for more than a decade. She became a Volunteer Engagement Officer, a Social Media Manager, a Safety Officer, a Safety Supervisor, and her dream position: A Safety Manager. The same year after passing the board exam, she also got certified as a Life Coach. Her mission is inspired by her personal journey. She is a Life Coach and a Mental Health Coach for individuals who need emotional care and protection from physical and psychological hazards so that they can feel safe to work at their best. Her unstoppable dream is to create a psychologically safe working environment so that the Philippines will be known for implementing an effective health and safety culture. As a Coaching Entrepreneur, an Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner, and a Published Author, she conducts CPD-Accredited Occupational Safety and Health training and workshops on Mental and Emotional Safety. Additionally, Coach Lyn is hosting a program entitled PPE for Life which airs every Sunday via Think-Talk Broadcast, and a podcast inside Calamansi App.
